About Algarve Plumbing
Algarve Plumbing is the customer-facing brand through which plumbing services are offered to property owners across the Algarve. Enquiries, communication and scheduling are handled under the Algarve Plumbing name.
Who Carries Out the Work
All plumbing work booked through Algarve Plumbing is carried out by our vetted plumbing partner, who personally carries out all work and occasionally brings in additional help on jobs that need more than one pair of hands. He operates under his own independently registered business for invoicing and tax purposes. Neither he nor anyone assisting him are employees of Algarve Plumbing. You may see his business branding on the van or on your invoice — this is our regular plumbing partner and part of the same service you booked through us.
Contractor Standards
Our plumbing partner has been personally vetted, and his business is required to carry out all work in accordance with applicable Portuguese regulations and standards.
Liability
Algarve Plumbing coordinates enquiries and scheduling but does not itself perform plumbing work. Liability for the standard, safety and outcome of work carried out rests with the independent business that performs it, in line with its own registration and applicable Portuguese law. The final contractual and payment relationship for completed work is between the customer and that business.
